Description:
Yusuf Gedi is Kamira's Defence Cabinet Secretary and is formally responsible for civilian oversight of the Kamiran Defence Forces. He remains publicly loyal to President Samir Noor and the constitutional government but has become increasingly unable to control senior military officers or prevent the KDF acting without meaningful civilian authority.

Gedi's position gives him access to sensitive government and defence information. His limited ability to enforce civilian oversight has generated political scrutiny and represents a potential counter-intelligence concern. There is currently no evidence that Yusuf has improperly disclosed information or acted against the constitutional government.
