Do not load the final movement until the second Sarin batch arrives from the industrial team. The first bottles stay mixed with empty bottles and normal fuel stock until Rahmani confirms the road. 

Weapons and flight cargo are to remain separate from the bottles. Aircraft crews do not need to know what is waiting in the warehouse.
