As always, I am following your direction exactly and keeping the material secure until the correct route is confirmed. The drums arrived in good condition, with no leaks, no damaged seals, and no sign that the convoy fighting spoiled the contents. I have kept only trusted hands near them and have not allowed the tunnel guards to interfere with my work.

The first stage is complete. The material is no longer being kept in obvious drums. I have moved what matters into civilian gas bottles and mixed them with normal fuel and cooking stock. This will make the load easier to move through the city without drawing attention. Anyone who stops the drivers will see household supply, not special cargo.

The tunnel is not suitable for long storage. The air is poor, the walls are damp, and the generator room is becoming harder to work in.
