Situation

Intelligence has confirmed a weapons transfer is due to take place at Bagango Quarry, identified through recovered communications indicating a coordinated exchange between SLA elements and representatives of Toska PMC . The movement of personnel and equipment toward the site has been observed, assessed as a direct response to recent coalition advances across the border by 40 Commando, forcing the SLA to accelerate external procurement to sustain operations. The quarry is being used as a staging area for the transfer of weapons and the coordination of SLA logistical activity.

SLA forces across the area of operations have transitioned to a more robust defensive posture, garrisoning and fortifying key positions along the main supply route in preparation for a likely counteroffensive. Following patterns identified during the operations in Finland, SLA forces in the area have consolidated into hardened defensive positions along key routes to delay advances and secure critical infrastructure, indicating an intent to stabilise their front line before conducting offensive or breakout operations against Corazol.

Recovered intelligence confirms that the quarry site is directly linked to both the transfer of Kingdom of Sahrani financial assets and the presence of high-value personnel associated with Toska PMC . Intercepts indicate that stolen funds, obtained through exploitation of financial networks during the Finland operation, are being used to facilitate the weapons deal, with Toska CEO Viktor Malenkov acting as the receiving party for the transfer in exchange for equipment and materiel. The quarry constitutes a high-value opportunity to disrupt SLA financial flows, interdict the weapons transfer and target Toska-linked personnel. Malenkov is expected to be present to oversee the exchange; however, the accelerated tempo of the deal raises uncertainty, and it is assessed he may not be on site, instead delegating execution to a subordinate.

Commanders intent

The intent of this operation is to recover the stolen Kingdom of Sahrani funds and capture Viktor Malenkov in order to dismantle Toska’s ability to interfere in regional and western conflicts. Achieving this will deny the SLA access to external support, force them into a position where continued resistance is no longer viable, and set the conditions for negotiations with the Kingdom of Sahrani, enabling RACS to assume control of stabilisation operations across the island.
