Bio:
Born in the waning years of the Yugoslav Wars, Petrovič learned to hide from the pain of the aftermath of war with study. With his head stuck in books, he let no opportunity to broaden his horizons through lucrative scholarships slip him by - Starting in Moscow, he eventually secured a lucrative position at a Swiss university. He studied hard and networked with professionals in the field for years before achieving a PhD, graduating alongside Charles Ashcroft, a man with whom he shared a deep mutual respect. A few years after leaving university and moving permanently to Switzerland, he was approached by a representative of the Novihrastovan government. Speculation from inside circles he once moved in suggest he was given an ultimatum, not an offer.

Reviews of his work suggest a keen interest in rocketry, combining his mathematical talent with practical education designing components for private space enterprises alongside a research team in California. It's believed he was poached by the Novihrastovans to extend the range of older Soviet and Yugoslav missile designs in inventory, combined with recent intelligence it can be inferred that a domestic ballistic missile program is being developed, possibly with Edvard at the helm.
