2025-10 | OP Shrouded Lance - 05 | J-2 Report
INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS - OP SHROUDED LANCE 03 - 04/10
Intelligence Collected
ITEM 1 - HUMINT #302325SL13
Confirmed KILL(s) on JPEL-1 target as well as JPEL-2 target during actions on OBJECTIVE VOID, positive identification was made via SSE under-fire as well as secured SIGINT Hit (REL: TRIGGER #302425SL14)
ITEM 2 - SIGINT #302425SL14
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE MOON, material included a text message confirming the kill of JPEL-1 target, Bogomir Klinar.
ITEM 3 - SIGINT #302525SL15
PRESTIGE Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE MOON, material included mentioned a response to a situation report request that detailed the deletion of server data with intent to evacuate due to the advance of the Task-Force. It includes information that recommends that the laboratory is located closer to a site used to construct ballistic missiles.
Intelligence Breakdown
Known contacts affiliated with the Novihrastova Intelligence and Security Agency (NOVA) strike team have been neutralized. Possible PRESTIGE HUMINT that could have been acquired from JPEL-2 target was not secured due to fires coordinated by 29 Cdo. resulting in the death of target and NOVA attache, Bogomir Klinar. Server networks supporting NNDF infrastructure and its armament program are being actively relocated from sites in accordance to orders from personnel within the chain of command. It is likely that with increased pressure applied by the Task-Force will reveal the location of the laboratory and construction site.
SIGINT #302425SL14
Note: Ordnance planted in referenced material was successfully defused by EOD without incident.
I've lost contact with Bogomir Klinar and the asset he was protecting?! I need a sitrep. Do we pull out of the radar station? I've set up what little explosives we have just in-case we can't pull the equipment out in-time. How did they advance past Rabi?
SIGINT #302525SL15
Note: Location of construction site and laboratory is actively being disseminated by 4 Military Intelligence (4MI) and MAB-11
Message received. Following the recent British advances and the activation of the new servers at the ballistic missile construction site, we have successfully removed the backed-up data from our current location and are proceeding with equipment decommissioning as per your instructions.
Current assessments indicate that the lab remains undiscovered; however, I recommend relocating it west, closer to the construction site, to ensure improved security and operational continuity.
Recommended Actions
It is J-2's recommendation that caution is to be maintained when operating alongside the rebel elements if peer-to-peer contact is made. Despite friendly intentions, their capabilities may prove to be liable for potential breaches of Operational Security (OPSEC) and Personal Security (PERSEC).
J-2 recommend the usage of strategic sabotage and/or Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) measures to ensure full Task-Force effectiveness for enhanced long-term efforts on this intervention deployment:
J-2 Recommendation: SABOTAGE TASKING(S)
- SABOTAGE Infrastructure and Capability

- NNDF Air Base "Namest"
- Priority Targets of Opportunity
- Rail Connection to Base (GR: 087-031) - ACTIONS EXECUTED BY 40 CDO. DETERMINE THIS COMPLETE BY PROXY

Intents on targeting the marked locations is to DISABLE and HINDER NNDF Capabilities to enable the Task-Force in maintaining ground and air superiority. Recommended actions can be achieved by via usage of controlled artillery fires (148 Battery 29Cdo., C/S: Thunder 0).
Due to limited capabilities of the NNDF's AAA Network it is possible to action targets via No. 617 Sqn. RAF as coordinated by 2PARA (Via C/S: Monarch) or UKSF elements at disposal of PJHQ.
Additionally, it is J-2's recommendation to equip ground elements with additional transport capabilities to enable their mission without entirely relying and straining support assets, recommendation directs the employment of the Polaris MRZR to support operations and transport capabilities.
Open Leads
Considerations of a CBRN threat should be taken seriously given current INT picture, it is advised that all active PAX carry the appropriate CBRN countermeasures and PPE on their persons to ensure force-wide safety. Considerations should also be exercised when handling contents affiliated with the armament programme. Task-Force should consider applying additional pressure on NNDF/NOVA to flush out higher-command leadership and government figureheads in order to initiate capture/kill opportunities. MAB-11 are exploring options on investigating the mentioned "laboratory" via questioning captured persons.
Rebel Group, identified as the "Agrarian Revolt" are still not to be trusted with Operational Security (OPSEC) or Personal Security (PERSEC) material until fully verified, including all personnel involved.
