Op Shrouded Lance 02 - 2025/09/20

Situation

Building on the success of the initial operation, our focus now shifts to deeper intelligence gathering and targeted strikes.

Our primary objective is to raid the Novy Dvur Railway Station (OBJ Torch), which has been identified as the final destination for a shipment containing Russian-supplied ballistic missile guidance computers. GCHQ agent Alastair Blackwood analysed a freight manifest detailing the cargo's transport from Tembelan Island, confirming its arrival in Novihrastova.

In addition to the railway station, 40 Commando intercepted signals intelligence confirming the presence of an ammunition factory in Novy Dvur. The factory shows a high level of activity, with vehicles arriving and departing frequently. This location has been designated for sabotage to further disrupt the Novihrastova National Defence Force [NNDF].

Finally, we received unverified intel from a contact within the Agrarian Revolt prior to our arrival who confirmed that the Ukrainian convoy ambush in Hungary was carried out by members of the Novihrastova Intelligence and Security Agency [NOVA]. Quickly confirming it's validity prompting Op Shrouded Lance, we have now been able to verify the partial identities of two team members: Bogomir Klinar and Matija ~~Bezjak.~~Bezjak. We believe that locating and capturing them will provide us with crucial information on the stolen equipment and its stockpile location.

Post-operation interviews with seven detainees recovered from Nalzovske Hory (OBJ Zima) have corrected prior intelligence assessments. The operation conducted by the Novihrastova Intelligence and Security Agency (NOVA) was not, as suspected, a search for "Shepherd." Instead, its objective was to detain participants of an anti-government rally that occurred the day before. The NOVA team was diverted mid-operation, departing south after receiving new orders. This is assessed to be a redirection to pursue "Shepherd," following reports of unauthorised radio signals in the area. A direct visual on the NOVA team was not reported.

Civilians in rural areas are likely to be neutral or supportive of our presence however civilians to the south in built up cities are die hard supporters of their current government and military.
Novagorija National Defence Force [NNDF] has access to newer equipment although a majority of their personnel may lack in-depth knowledge. As such most of their advance Anti Air positions are located south, mainly securing major cities, military installations and main airbase. Manpads and AAA guns are still employed across the region in key areas.

The intent of this operation is to establish a secure foothold in-country to enable subsequent, deeper intelligence gathering and targeted strikes. Our primary focus is two-fold: first, to locate the ballistic missile guidance computers that have been shipped into Novihrastova and prevent their research and integration into any weapons systems; and second, to track down the members of the NOVA team responsible for the Hungary convoy ambush, with the objective of locating and recovering the stolen equipment.
