SUMMARY
Field and laboratory indicators confirm that recent controlled explosive tests at research lab testing area achieved the program’s tactical yield objectives. However, collateral chemical by-products from the detonations have migrated into local groundwater and surface waterways, causing acute phytotoxicity across the downstream riparian zone. Vegetation mortality and anomalous water chemistry present significant environmental and public-health concerns that were not anticipated in pre-test assessments.
SIGINT #303425SL24
Note: Charles Ashcroft is set to be released to the FCDO's custody via confirmation that he was working against his will since his abduction. The FCDO alongside MoD staff will debrief Ashcroft appropriately after he is reviewed by 16 Medical Regt. staff.
[Comms data - Sent][Translated]
Ashcroft has been spotted leaving notes and trying to access comms equipment. The evacuation team put him at the gate house jail but has delayed our evac as we ensure nothing is left behind for the Brits to find. We understand that the ambush point setup at the Lumber mill might be engaged first, if so we'll use the distraction to time our evac. Once we've left the lab you are clear to conduct your fire mission upon their arrival. Command chain established in Kvilda for further guidance on program security. ~E.
SIGINT #303525SL25
Note: MS Hurvinke was initially anticipated by J-2 Staff to be the Assembly Site / Laboratory. Confirmation of site recommends the continued employment of CBRN Countermeasures.
[Comms data - Sent][Translated]
We've transferred the remaining supplies from the airfield to the assembly site. The repurposed MS Hurvinke should be receiving the convoy shortly. We've taken as many back roads as possible while using civilian liveries to avoid enemy ISTAR.
SIGINT #303625SL26
Note: MoD has been made aware of intents by NNDF with emergency intercept of weapon systems elevated to HIGH PRIORITY.

Status update
Ambush point is set, troops have been instructed to evacuate the area at first sign of contact and call in the fire mission. Presidential offices outside the capital near Modrava has been secured and reinforced. Assembly of the ballistic missiles and launch platforms are nearly complete, we might not be able to get them out of the country, our benefactor has suggested testing them by striking targets within Ukraine. If we go ahead with this plan, i suggest we leave the country before hand. I'll sort out our evacuation strategy and meet you near the capital.
Recommended Actions
While the Rebel Group, known as the "Agrarian Revolt", are friendly and their leader has been verified: Personal Security (PERSEC) should be followed at all times to ensure the identities of personnel is fully obfuscated, given that 40 Commando, Royal Marines, have been compromised (REL: TRIGGER #302625SL16) it is advised this policy is maintained for other elements active within the Task-Force.
Additionally, continued employment of Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) against active assets within the southern AOR should be maintained in order to maintain effectiveness and operational capabilities.

Intents on targeting the marked locations is to DISABLE and HINDER NNDF Capabilities to enable the Task-Force in maintaining ground and air superiority. Recommended actions can be achieved by via usage of controlled artillery fires (148 Battery 29Cdo., C/S: Thunder 0).
Due to limited capabilities of the NNDF's AAA Network it is possible to action targets via No. 617 Sqn. RAF as coordinated by 2PARA (Via C/S: Monarch) or UKSF elements at disposal of PJHQ.
It is J-2's STRONG recommendation to exercise the priority of securing the laboratory in order to secure PRESTIGE HUMINT and JPEL-2 targets. An advisory plan has been generated to direct personnel with actions on objective.
Additionally, it is J-2's recommendation to equip ground elements with additional transport capabilities to enable their mission without entirely relying and straining support assets, recommendation directs the employment of the Polaris MRZR to support operations and transport capabilities.

Considerations of a CBRN threat should be taken seriously given current INT picture, it is advised that all active PAX carry the appropriate CBRN countermeasures and PPE on their persons to ensure force-wide safety. Considerations should also be exercised when handling contents affiliated with the armament programme. With the laboratory identified, extended CBRN Procedures should be exercised and the mandatory need to carry PPE should be ordered.
Rebel Group, identified as the "Agrarian Revolt" are still not to be trusted with Operational Security (OPSEC) or Personal Security (PERSEC) material, including all personnel involved.
