Intelligence Collected

ITEM 1 - SIGINT #302625SL16

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE SHARD, material includes mention of confirmed JPEL-1 target kills as covered in previous J-2 reports, alongside this reference provides detail that the "Allies" supporting NNDF Efforts are extremely irritated by efforts executed by the Task-Force. 40 Commando Royal Marines was specifically identified in the transmission.

ITEM 2 - SIGINT #302725SL17

PRESTIGE Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE DUST, material includes a preparation to evacuate the laboratory indicated in previous J-2 reports relating to the Novihrastova armament programme. Establishing evacuation routes as well as the decommissioning of the facility with intent to be fully evacuated by the following day.

ITEM 3 - SIGINT #302825SL18

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE DUST, material includes coverage of effects made by SEAD actions on the Airbase Namest. This varies between the disruption of the primary runway tarmac, logistics nodes and air assets. 

ITEM 4 - SIGINT #302925SL19

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE HUSK BRAVO, material includes the mention of NOVA and NNDF medical personnel set to establish field medical support across the area of responsibility under NNDF control. The mention of JPEL-1 target was outlined also being responsible for the operational aspect of the outlined support sites.

PRESTIGE Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE SHARD, material includes the relocation of the Novihrastova Defence Minister under the protection of a NOVA security element. Remaining NOVA personnel have been assigned to protection on remaining elected Government Officials that include the President and Economic Minister.

ITEM 5 - HUMINT #303125SL21

Rebel Group, "Agrarian Revolt", figurehead has been identified as Žan Kmetič was successfully recovered from OBJECTIVE SHEPHERD without incident alongside political prisoners and fellow rebels. Kmetič has been confirmed to have PRESTIGE Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and is being established by MAB-11 to be a new national figurehead due to morale and political positioning as a opposed to current regime.

Intelligence Breakdown

Operational Security (OPSEC) of active elements of the Task-Force is compromised based on intercepted SIGINT material, alongside this the NNDF and Executive Branch of the Government are entering into contingency measures for continuity of government by relocating executive staff to secure remote locations. Alongside this Edvard Petrovič, suspected figurehead of the armament program. The Laboratory has been identified to be housed within a former state-media transmission station, at this stage the construction site for the ballistic missiles is suspected to be nearby. Cross referencing intelligence with MAB-11 has confirmed the location based on multiple intelligence sources corroborated over the course of this deployment.

The location of the Defence Minister has been confirmed to be within the Umbrtkova Pila lumber yard with an established security force administrated by NOVA with multiple avenues of escape available including an emergency helipad.

Note: Two neutralized IDs are confirmed as JPEL-1 Target Bogomir Klinar and JPEL-2 Target "Armstrong" (Now identified as Vladilen). MAB-11 interprets the Allies to be the Russian Federation primarily.

Our ally is pissed. Provided us with intelligence and assistance with a planned attack on the specific unit responsible which is believed to be 40 Commando.

Note: MAB-11 alongside 4 Military Intelligence (4MI) have confirmed the laboratory to be housed on a former state-media transmission station within the SE of the AO. Signature E.P identified to be Edvard Petrovič, suspected lead of the armament program.

Stripping the site clean while maintaining access to relevant data has been a challenged due to it's air gapped nature.

We need all the engineers you have building fortifications between Zichovice and the airfield to fall back to the airfield immediately and begin repairs on the runway and fortifications.

Orešnik is the last member of the NOVA team, it's clear they are being targeted for their knowledge on their recent activities.
As such we've he's been redeployed to Susice hospital to help train up some new field medics to help prevent further loses. 
Once they've been trained up and equipped, we'll deploy them nearby to run a field hospital out of Cepice. Start locating suitable positions and report back.

Note: The Defence Minister, Andre Gradišnik, has had his location confirmed, it is likely that the President and Economic Minister will be secured in similar isolated environments.

We've moved the Defence Minister to the abandoned lumber mill in the south as instructed. Remaining NOVA personnel not assigned to the President and Economic Minister have been deployed.
Comms equipment installed, multiple routes by road secured and patrolled along with a helipad for emergency use. 

While the Rebel Group, known as the "Agrarian Revolt", are friendly and their leader has been verified: Personal Security (PERSEC) should be followed at all times to ensure the identities of personnel is fully maintained, given that 40 Commando, Royal Marines, has been compromised (REL: TRIGGER #302625SL16) it is advised this policy is maintained.

Additionally, continued employment of Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) against active assets within the southern AOR in order to maintain effectiveness and operational capabilities.

Intents on targeting the marked locations is to DISABLE and HINDER NNDF Capabilities to enable the Task-Force in maintaining ground and air superiority. Recommended actions can be achieved by via usage of controlled artillery fires (148 Battery 29Cdo., C/S: Thunder 0).

Due to limited capabilities of the NNDF's AAA Network it is possible to action targets via No. 617 Sqn. RAF as coordinated by 2PARA (Via C/S: Monarch) or UKSF elements at disposal of PJHQ.

It is J-2's STRONG recommendation to exercise the priority of securing the laboratory in order to secure PRESTIGE HUMINT and JPEL-2 targets. An advisory plan has been generated to direct personnel actions on objective.

Additionally, it is J-2's recommendation to equip ground elements with additional transport capabilities to enable their mission without entirely relying and straining support assets, recommendation directs the employment of the Polaris MRZR to support operations and transport capabilities.

Open Leads

Considerations of a CBRN threat should be taken seriously given current INT picture, it is advised that all active PAX carry the appropriate CBRN countermeasures and PPE on their persons to ensure force-wide safety. Considerations should also be exercised when handling contents affiliated with the armament programme. With the laboratory identified extended CBRN Procedures should be exercised and the mandatory need to carry PPE should be exercised.

Rebel Group, identified as the "Agrarian Revolt" are still not to be trusted with Operational Security (OPSEC) or Personal Security (PERSEC) material until fully verified, including all personnel involved.
