PRESTIGE Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE CYCLONE, material was secured on the personal phone of a NNDF Officer. Contents of the messages include the request to mobilize a security team in order to safely escort a foreign asset out of the country via a civilian airfield with the option of a motorized convoy if the airfield proved sub-optimal.

ITEM 2 - SIGINT #302025SL10

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE CYCLONE, material included a transcript for the Novihrastova Intelligence and Security Agency (NOVA) to review, the conversation is suspected to be between identified JPEL-2 targets associated with the rapid armament program.

ITEM 3 - SIGINT #302125SL11

PRESTIGE Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE TYPHOON, material included secured audio transmissions directing the extraction of a foreign asset (REL: TRIGGER #301925SL9) with additional considerations regarding the agrarian front, GREEN FORCE rebels who are friendly to the NATO Task-Force.

ITEM 4 - HUMINT #302225SL12

Confirmed KILL on JPEL-1 Target: Ales Cerne. Target was neutralized during combat operations outside of OBJECTIVE THUNDER. Positive Identification of kill was relayed via C/S: STIRLING ZERO ALPHA. Cerne was neutralized in artillery strikes executed by 148 Battery, 29 Cdo. on orders via C/S: HIGHBORN ZERO.

Intelligence Breakdown

Signals Intelligence refers to the civilian airfield identified as Podrabsky Mlyn. Actions on 28SEP25 by 539 Raiding Squadron, Royal Marines, resulted in their element arriving on location but to be quickly waived off under contact by defending NNDF. The airfield has been identified by J-2 Intelligence to be the confirmed exfiltration area for the unidentified person of interest. Alongside this effort, the NNDF are preparing considerations to deploy additional armoured assets and prepare in-depth fighting positions to establish hard-set defensive effort against offensive action conducted by the NATO Task-Force. NOVA have been assigned to coordinate security efforts on the aforementioned laboratory utilized by two JPEL-2 Targets, identified as Charles Ashcroft and Edvard Petrovič, with the mobilisation of NNDF reservists to reinforce regular fighting infantry.

Furthermore, mention by Edvard Petrovič includes orders to prepare a connection to Globalnaya Navigazionnaya Sputnikovaya Sistema (GLONASS), a Russian Global Positioning System (GPS). Charles Ashcroft has received heavy scrutiny by NOVA security personnel, likely indicating their distrust of the individual based on his British Nationality.

SIGINT #301925SL9

Note: Relates to potential PRESTIGE OBJ, See J-2 Recommendations for further info.

Get a team to Podrabsky Mlyn tomorrow. There's a civilian plane landing at the dirt strip. High value foreign asset needs security and transport to the dirt strip upon it's arrival. If we fail to extract via the plane prep to extract via vehicle convoy south.

SIGINT #302025SL10

Note: It is likely the transcript refers to Edvard and Charles, two scientists suspected on heading up the ballistic missile program. Vocabulary usage from "C" indicates likely ID as Charles Ashcroft and "E" as Edvard Petrovič

[Audio transcription][Translated]

Urgent. Priority transcription for review by NOVA.

E: Where have you been? We had to start the briefing without you.
C: Security, mate. East gate got new NOVA guards and since the invasion they’ve been checking me twice.
E: Of course. How do they expect us to work in this kind of environment?
C: Quickly, I’d assume.
E: Naturally. Surely they understand this project was already a large undertaking, bombs on our heads will not help this.
C: We’re decently far from the fighting, and I saw the reserves gearing up from the dormitory. We could probably build at least one module before we’re all killed.
E: If the bombs don’t get us then NOVA will. They will bury us before they let us speak before an assembly.
C: Probably true. So what progress has been made from the initial designs I produced?
E: Not much, we’ve fixed the potential issue with the inertial guidance, and new instructions to connect to GLONASS are already being worked over by the team.
C: GLONASS? I thought the Russians shot that idea down.
E: They did.

SIGINT #302125SL11

Note: NNDF is likely to operate SOF assets within secured territory to target local GREENFOR rebels.

[Comms data][Translated]

We need to put pressure and build up forces in the west. The revolt members are building and our frontline is staggering. Armour is en route while we build up a significant infantry force to combat the brits and run raids into the revolts farmland territory. We have a high value extraction for an advisor to the missile program happening near Rabi. Fortifications are in place but an advance from the west may open up a route to the airstrip. Delay as long as possible till we can establish more permanent fortifications and trenchlines.

It is J-2's recommendation that caution is to be maintained when operating alongside the rebel elements if peer-to-peer contact is made. Despite friendly intentions, their capabilities may prove to be liable for potential breaches of Operational Security (OPSEC) and Personal Security (PERSEC).

J-2 recommend the usage of strategic sabotage and/or Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) measures to ensure full Task-Force effectiveness for enhanced long-term efforts on this intervention deployment:

J-2 Recommendation: SABOTAGE TASKING(S)
  • SABOTAGE Infrastructure and Capability
      • NNDF Infrastructure
        • Radar Station "Maly Koznik" (GR: 096-064)
          • Considerations: Topography suggest Military Bunker/Sub-Terrain Complex on location
        • Communications Infrastructure "Svatobor" (GR: 002-025)
      • NNDF Air Base "Namest"
        • Priority Targets of Opportunity
          • Rail Connection to Base (GR: 087-031) - ACTIONS EXECUTED BY 40 CDO. DETERMINE THIS COMPLETE BY PROXY
          • Radar Infrastructure (GR: 094-029)
          • Main Runway Tarmac (GS: 09-03)
        • Secondary Targets of Opportunity
          • Suspected Munitions Storage (GR: 089-028)
          • Aircraft Hangars "Alpha" (GR: 098-039* Rough Spread)
          • Aircraft Hangars "Bravo" (GR: 093-026* Rough Spread)
          • Aircraft Hangars "Charlie" (GR: 091-024* Rough Spread) - Includes Susp. Munitions Storage
          • Transmitter Tower (GR: 090-027)

Intents on targeting the marked locations is to DISABLE and HINDER NNDF Capabilities to enable the Task-Force in maintaining ground and air superiority. Recommended actions can be achieved by via usage of controlled artillery fires (148 Battery 29Cdo., C/S: Thunder 0).

Due to limited capabilities of the NNDF's AAA Network it is possible to action targets via No. 617 Sqn. RAF as coordinated by 2PARA (Via C/S: Monarch) or UKSF elements at disposal of PJHQ.

It is J-2's STRONG recommendation to exercise pressure on the Podrabsky Mlyn airfield to ensure that a unidentified High Value Target does not exfiltrate from the area of operations via civilian aircraft, likely operated by NOVA, in order to force a south-bound exfiltration via motorized convoy. Convoy should be identified and tracked by ISTAR in order to prepare and execute a vehicle interdiction to apprehend the HVT and secure potential outbound materials. The primary military airfield should be targeted for sabotage and strikes (See dropdown above for info) to prevent NNDF Air capabilities and disable fix-wing land/takeoff capabilities.

Open Leads

Considerations of a CBRN threat should be taken seriously given current INT picture, it is advised that all active PAX carry the appropriate CBRN countermeasures and PPE on their persons to ensure force-wide safety. Considerations should also be exercised when handling contents affiliated with the armament programme. Task-Force should consider applying additional pressure on NNDF/NOVA to flush out higher-command leadership and government figureheads in order to initiate capture/kill opportunities. MAB-11 are exploring options on investigating the mentioned "laboratory" via questioning captured persons.

Rebel Group, identified as the "Agrarian Revolt" are still not to be trusted with Operational Security (OPSEC) or Personal Security (PERSEC) material until fully verified, including all personnel involved.
