ToHuman BeIntelligence Written.(HUMINT) was secured on OBJECTIVE AVALANCHE JULIET, material included three handheld short-range radio sets identified as the HARRIS RF-7800S-TR.

ITEM 2 - SIGINT #301325SL3

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was intercepted during initial incursion into AOR. The material was disseminated on a NNDF Field Terminal that had two broadcasts, the contents of the broadcasts indicated the targeting of rebel fighters (identified as the "Agrarian Revolt") operating alongside C/S: "Shepherd" that was actioned by 40 Cdo. in field.

ITEM 3 - HUMINT #301425SL4

Human Intelligence (HUMINT) was secured on a lakeside compound nearby 40 Cdo. BLS Point that was marked for raid by NNDF (REF: TRIGGER #301225SL3). Material includes a spotting scope, a medium-range radio identified as the L3-HARRIS AN/PRC-152A as well as a notepad with a message for the Task-Force left by "Shepherd". Location was already raided by the NNDF when it was interdicted by elements of 40 Cdo.

ITEM 4 - HUMINT #301525SL5

PRESTIGE Human Intelligence (HUMINT) was secured on a farming residence that was also marked for raid by NNDF (REF: TRIGGER #301225SL3). Material Included multiple secured identifiers of rebel fighters (SUSPECTED members of the "Agrarian Revolt") as well as a amateur "HAM" radio. The contents of the broadcast indicate possible contact to be made between the rebel fighters and the Task-Force to establish relations, broadcaster is unknown. 

Intelligence Breakdown

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) confirms that rebel elements (identified as the "Agrarian Revolt") are in efforts to establish relations with the Task-Force. This effort is being coordinated by "Shepherd" however was hampered by coordinated NNDF raids. 4 Military Intelligence (4MI) has confirmed that elements of the NNDF Special Operations (SSO) are active within the AOR based on information received by contact reports. MAB-11 (DHU) are in efforts alongside 4 Military Intelligence (4MI) to confirm identity of NNDF Special Operations Force.

Rebel elements possess enhanced knowledge of Task-Force presence prior to strike suggesting intelligence capabilities or a failed exercise of Operational Security (OPSEC). Despite the contact "Shepherd" being an asset under Alistair Blackwood it is unknown how the contact came into possession of a high-grade encrypted military radio. Additionally, transmissions via HAM radio confirm that SIGINT relating to a Dashcam Footage in Hungary (REF: TRIGGER #301025SL1) of a NOVA-led ambush on equipment outbound for Ukraine. It is believed the referred intelligence is the confirmation that the offensive element in the ambush was NOVA rather than RUAF Special Operations (SpN).

NoIt is J-2's recommendation that caution is to be exercised when operating alongside the rebel elements if peer-to-peer contact is made. Despite friendly intentions, their capabilities may prove to be liable for potential breaches of Operational Security (OPSEC) and Personal Security (PERSEC). Additionally it is advised that personnel investigate the Freight Station of Novy Dvur (GR: 120-107) due to its link to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) relating to Ballistic Missile Guidance Computers (B.M.G.C) relayed by GCHQ prior to deployment. J-2 recommend the usage of strategic sabotage and/or Suppression of Enemy Air Defences (SEAD) measures to ensure full Task-Force effectiveness for enhanced long-term efforts on this intervention deployment:

Due to limited capabilities of the NNDF's AAA Network it is possible to action targets via No. 617 Sqn. RAF as coordinated by 2PARA (Via C/S: Monarch) or UKSF elements at thisdisposal time.of PJHQ.

Staged elements of UKCF are advised to maintain ZERO FOOTPRINT at current holding position (GR: 106-123) due to proximity to NNDF positions (REF GR: 094-115).

Open Leads

-Unidentified Special Operations Forces (SOF) apart of the NNDF SOFhave been confirmed to be operating withing the AOR. Until they can be identified and discerned from standard NNDF personnel caution is to be advised. Based on reports they are IR/FLIR enabled and operate in small groups estimated between 2-6 total. Additionally they will be in possession of higher-quality equipment, weapon systems and PPE to enable their capabilities. Until identified they are to be referred as Novihrastova Special Operations Forces, or NSSO.

Rebel Group, identified as the "Agrarian Revolt" are not to be trusted with Operational Security (UNKOPSEC) Name)or Personal Security (PERSEC) material until fully verified, including all personnel involved.
