Op Veritable 07 - 2025/12/13

Situation

2PARA and the Royal Tank Regiment continue to push inland and have eased the pressure on Dutch Marine positions in the west. Their manoeuvre has created a tightening corridor around the remaining Toska forces caught between our elements and the Dutch, placing those units in a deteriorating defensive posture and limiting their freedom of movement to reinforce and support commanding positions and high value targets.

40 Commando has reached a staging point from which they can strike the Toska headquarters. Intelligence gathered from recovered digital traffic, including the Evacuation Plan “Aakirkeby HQ Contingency” confirms that the exfiltration route passes directly by the bunker site where Krečič is believed to be held under Toska protection. This link between the convoy’s movement and the bunker stop has provided the clearest indication yet of Krečič’s location and has created a narrow but critical window to launch a raid before the convoy departs Aakirkeby and continues east toward the Nexoe airstrip.

2PARA and RTR are now postured to continue pushing east in order to fix Toska forces, generate a credible threat of breakthrough, and compel the enemy to commit their remaining reserves to the defence of the headquarters or delay long enough to facilitate an evacuation. This shaping action is intended to draw attention and combat power away from Aakirkeby, providing cover for 40 Commando during their assault on the headquarters site.

Ongoing signals traffic and captured documentation from the previous operation indicate that Toska units on Bornholm are facing a widening supply crisis. Ammunition redistribution has failed to stabilise their stocks, several forward teams are reporting reduced combat loads, and Molniya and Granit elements appear to be stretched thin while protecting the VIP. The Storm Petrel has suffered critical damage and is anchored under naval pressure, delaying resupply and forcing higher command to rely on the Nexoe evacuation plan earlier than intended. This degradation of Toska logistics and cohesion suggests that key nodes on Bornholm are vulnerable if struck in quick succession before Toska can reconstitute an organised defensive posture.

Commanders intent

Intent is to exploit recently captured ground and the degradation of Toska logistics on Bornholm to further disrupt their command structure and gather actionable intelligence on remaining high-value targets. This intelligence will be used to locate, fix, and capture Lavrencij Krečič for extradition to Novihrastova, while detaining senior Toska officers to prevent further coordination, reinforce coalition control of the island, and enable follow-on operations.

2nd Battalion, Parachute Regiment

• [OBJ Leopard] Engage and dismantle Toska checkpoints and fortifications west of Aakirkeby to enable 40Cdo and 539RS freedom of manoeuvre for the assault on OBJ Lion.

• [OBJ Lion] Secure the town of Aakirkeby and clear remaining Toska fortifications in the surrounding area.

Royal Tank Regiment

• [OBJ Leopard] Support 2PARA in neutralising Toska defensive positions west of Aakirkeby.

  [OBJ Lion] Provide armoured support to 2PARA during the clearance and securing of Aakirkeby and adjacent fortifications.

Joint Aviation Command

• Conduct strikes against southern Toska fortifications capable of reinforcing or supporting enemy forces at OBJ Leopard and OBJ Lion.
