Bio: 
Andrei Popov is a Toska Security Officer confirmed to have involvement in dispatching orders to active cells of Toska elements in Rügen. Indication from J-2 suggests that Popov is one of the senior most members of Toska active in Rügen.

Popov is a monitored person by the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS). His prior place of employment, Zenith Co., flagged him and several other persons following actions within the Horizon Islands Coalition nation of Tanoa. Zenith was implicated in a scandal revealing systematic corruption of local authorities while the company was under contract with Daltgreen Mining in 2024. Following expulsion from the country Popov left Zenith and joined Toska. Prior to his service as a private contractor, Andrei Popov has been involved in combat operations under the Russian Armed Forces as a former member of the 25th Special Projects Regiment (SpR) during actions in Chernarus between 2019 - 2022.
