Deploy one (1) launcher from the Repurposed Ammo Depot to the capital city for initial field testing. The remaining four (4) launchers shall be retained in secure, concealed stockpiles till new plans for export are put in place.

Deployment plan:
Launcher to be moved: 1 unit  
Destination: Capital city, near headquarters for demonstration and testing.  
Timeline: 12 hours from receipt of this directive.

Stockpile instructions:
Number of launchers to conceal: 4 units.  
Location(s): Remain within assembly site (MS Hurvinke) but at a transport ready posture.
Security measures: Area will be lightly manned and appropriate to the previous designation as an ammo depot. QRF on standby.
The pre‑planned shipment of the four (4) launchers is hereby cancelled. All units responsible for transport are to cease any movement of these items and await further transport orders.
